China is a major production base for polyethylene outrigger pads, with clusters of specialized plants in Dezhou, Shandong and elsewhere. On export pricing, HDPE/UHMWPE pads generally range from US$1.5 to US$3 per kg, with high-load models priced around US$90–100 per piece and minimum orders as low as 100 kg, accommodating both sample and small-batch orders. Overseas demand is shifting from "standard square pads" to customization: non-standard dimensions, specified thickness, UV-stabilized colors, anti-slip surfaces and even eco-friendly recycled-material grades can all be produced to drawings. Meanwhile, ISO9001 quality systems and third-party test reports have become the passport to European and American markets. Traders report strong demand from infrastructure and crane-rental markets in Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, where suppliers offering material modification, size customization and fast delivery command stronger pricing power.
